We will not sell or rent your personal information to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law or where it is necessary to provide our services to you.

Terms and conditions
1. Booking and payment
1.1 Multi-day tours. Your booking is confirmed once you pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost, quoted case by case. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been made. Please pay within 15 working days of booking. The remaining balance is due two months before the tour start date and your arrival in Cambodia. Bookings made less than two months before the start of your tour require full payment at the time of booking, of which 30% is a non-refundable deposit. Your tour manager will confirm the amounts when your invoice is created.
1.2 Day tours. All day tour bookings should be paid in full at the point of booking unless otherwise stated, and are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that we cancel the trip for any reason, we will repay all day tour fees in full.
1.3 Payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal. Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods.
1.4 Real Cambodia Tours reserves the right to cancel a booking if full payment is not received by the due date.
2. Cancellation and refunds
2.1 If you cancel your trip for any reason, your deposit is non-refundable. Refunds on the remainder of your tour fee follow this schedule:
- Full refund — one month or more before the trip starts
- 50% — two weeks or more before the trip starts
- 25% — five days or more before the trip starts
- 0% — less than five days before the trip starts
In the unlikely event that we cancel the trip for any reason, we will repay all tour fees and deposits in full.
Real Cambodia Tours accepts no responsibility for flight bookings or cancellations. Guests book flights at their own discretion and risk, and we recommend booking your flight only once your tour is fully confirmed.
2.2 Real Cambodia Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour at any time due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or political unrest. In such cases a full refund will be provided.
2.3 Real Cambodia Tours is not responsible for additional expenses incurred due to tour cancellations or changes, such as flight or hotel costs.

6. Travel insurance
6.1 We strongly recommend that clients purchase travel insurance covering illness, injury and trip cancellation. We require all participants on day tours and multi-day tours to hold their own insurance. Insurance is not included in the cost of any Real Cambodia Tours experience, and guests accept responsibility for ensuring they have adequate cover.
7. Travel documents
7.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold all necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas, before the tour starts.
7.2 We are not responsible for expenses or delays incurred due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.
